Dimple Joshi

We are delighted to congratulate Dimple Joshi on her new position as Senior Director, People and Culture at Cystic Fibrosis Canada. The team at Cystic Fibrosis are excited to welcome such an experienced and committed HR leader to their organization.

Dimple brings over 20 years of progressive human resource experience in both the private and not for profit sectors. Dimple worked in well know companies such as The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Walmart Canada and with Canadian Cancer Society, Children’s Wish and most recently Make-A-Wish in the charity sector.

Dimple is regarded as a creative, forward-thinking, systems-oriented leader who can manage the fine balance between the needs of the organization and those of the employees. According to her references there was a beaten path to her doorway as employees and leaders alike sought out her support and good counsel.
